Cancellation Policy

At Aroused and Proud, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Because of this, cancellations are time-sensitive and must be submitted promptly.

Cancellation Window

• You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase.
• However, please note that your order may ship at any time within this 12-hour window. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@aandp.ie with your order number and the subject line: “Cancellation Request”.

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

• Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled, even if within the 12-hour window.
• Customized or made-to-order items / gift boxes may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

• If your cancellation request is approved before the order has shipped, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Return Policy for information on how to return the item once received.

International Orders

International orders follow the same cancellation window. Due to time zone differences and customs processing, shipments may be processed quickly, so we encourage reaching out as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
